Returns

We will accept returns for merchandise within 60 days of purchase. All items must be returned in new condition with original packaging and contents. Items cannot be returned without a receipt. Sale merchandise is not returnable for exchange or refund.

Returning an Item

To return an item by mail, please repackage it, enclose the packing slip or a copy of the receipt, insure the package and send it back to us.

We will refund or credit the value of the item, including taxes. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Shipping Policy

We process orders within 24-48 hours after receipt. Orders received by 9:00am Central Time on business days are typically shipped same day.
